MICHAEL RILEY, Vice President of Finance
Michael Riley, vice president of finance, brings nearly 20 years of experience in investment real estate acquisition to the R.D Olson Development team. Riley has negotiated, underwritten, and acquired properties on behalf of a multitude of financial entities including a Wall Street brokerage firm, REIT, pension fund advisor and private boutique company. Throughout his career, he has successfully closed on over $500 million in properties.
Prior to joining R.D. Olson Development, Riley worked as a senior vice president at a private real estate operating company in downtown Los Angeles, where he managed commercial and residential acquisitions in the western states.
Riley received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
